This website sets no tracking cookies, loads no external fonts or analytics services, and passes no data to third parties for advertising. There is therefore no cookie banner — there would be nothing to consent to.

Contact form: Name, email address, optionally company name, subject and message are transmitted. This data is used solely to answer the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once the enquiry is settled, unless retention obligations apply.

Spam protection: The form checks technically whether a submission comes from a human. The IP address is processed briefly in memory to limit the number of submissions. It is not stored.

Server logs: The hosting provider records technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure operation.

Competition data: The results shown come from the publicly accessible database of the International Ski Federation (FIS) and are retrieved automatically once a day. No visitor data is transmitted to FIS in the process.
